Mission Statement It is my goal as owner/operator of PROFESSIONAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS, to provide to you as the "client" in total confidentiality, a pre-purchase informed judgment of structural components and utility support systems. PROFESSIONAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS will provide pre-purchase evaluation of a structure and utility/mechanical support systems in all accessible areas, using the highest quality current industry standards available. A thorough and comprehensive report evaluation will be written detailing all aspects of the structure and systems, including not only the deficiencies which are noted but also positive attributes so that interested parties will be in a position to make informed judgments relative to the existing conditions of the inspected property. The report will attempt to find and illustrate "Cause/Effect and make recommended corrective action." It is the purpose of PROFESSIONAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS, to "Educate the buyer" so he/she can understand what he/she is buying and make an informed decision on their purchase. PROFESSIONAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS is available for continued consultation with the purchaser and his/her agents as the "deal" progresses and even after the closing to assist in "post-purchase" questions regarding the evaluation.
